Dogman Barkarby From empty space... The 1,400 square meter store previously housed a clothing store. In what should have been an empty space, we started by dismantling the old shop interior, then the demolition could begin. ...to finished store. After a week of demolition, we were able to start construction. We started constructing and painting the large walls, then the room for smaller pets and trim/spa were built. While this was going on, suspended ceilings and electrical wiring were installed. When all the major building was finished, we were able to paint the remaining parts, lay Kährs vinyl floor and finally install shop fittings from Hestra/Ricana. An extra order was added with a refresh of the entrance, where we sanded and epoxy-treated the floor. 6 weeks later we were able to deliver a finished store.

It is important to us that you are involved and informed, therefore we make sure to have regular reconciliations during the project with you. STORE CONSTRUCTION Building a brand new store or upgrading an existing? We take care of the entire construction with the underlying framework, electricity, walls, flooring, painting and assembly of furnishings. Will the store be open for business in the meantime? No problem! We are experts in working with construction and assembly in open stores. We make sure to build as safely as possible for customers and staff during the duration of the project. STORE INTERIOR ASSEMBLY We carry out mounting and dis-mounting of store furnishings in open or closed stores. We work or have worked with most of the major shop fitting suppliers such as Expohouse, ITAB, Ricana/Hestra and Outform. Vår historia om hur allt började. Our history NordWest Entreprenad was founded in 2009 by me, Mikael Vesterlund. When the financial crisis hit in 2008, I worked as a carpenter and roofer. After the financial crisis, jobs were scarce and I lost my job. I had been thinking about starting my own business for a while and decided this was the time to do it. Mickes Tak & Bygg was thus founded in 2009. The main business was installing windows for a large window supplier in Sweden, but the one-man firm also took on smaller construction jobs for private customers. After an exciting project in a Levi's store at Emporia where store interior was to be assembled, the future of the company was clear: Store construction and interior fitting in retail spaces. The company carried out window installations for a couple of years as well as the occasional store construction and in the meantime built up a customer base with repeat customers in retail construction. When the company had existed for 5 years, we exclusively ran projects within retail construction and interior assembly and decided to change the company name from Mickes Tak & Bygg to NordWest Entreprenad AB. In the last 10 years, we have mainly built stores and installed store interiors, but also built a number of restaurants, pop-up stores, carried out several roll-outs as well as trade fair assemblies. Our team consists of project managers, carpenters, floor layers, painters, electricians and fitters as well as a number of partners around Sweden. Together, we have managed store constructions, interior fittings, re-establishments, conversions and roll-outs for over 50 different customers. We have expanded our geographical coverage area and now work throughout Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Welcome to NordWest with your project!

Nespresso Nano pop-up Täby Deadline #blackfriday Inside Westfield Täby Centrum, we were asked to build a pop-up shop for Nespresso. All assembly including painting of walls had to be ready in time for Black Friday. Swift changes In 3 days, the pop-up shop was ready for the Black Friday sale. Two months later, it was time to dismantle all the furnishings and restore the space again.

Je t'aime Väla From shoe store... When it became clear that we were going to build Designtorget's store at Väla, we were also contacted by Je t'aime who were to house in the other part of the space. Je t'aime already have a store in Stockholm, the first of Ur & Penn's new concept. The store at Väla was to become store number two. ... to sparkling jewellery. One month after construction began on Designtorget, it was time to start building Je t'aime. The construction went smooth, with some clever solutions such as custom-built arches for the jewelry cabinets. After some problems with deliveries of broken displays, the store was ready 2 months later.

Designtorget Väla One retail space to become two We had already built Designtorget's store at Emporia when we received a request to build their new store at Väla. The store premises were to be split in two to make room for Ur & Penn's new store concept: Je t'aime. "An experience out of the ordinary" The construction of Designtorget started at the beginning of March and after some delivery delays of the fittings, the inspiring store was open for business at the end of April.
